There you go, let's make this a proper geeks diary, almost as bad as Tom's.

So there's some advice on bleeding a radiator.
If you need some coaching on playing cash or MTT's, you know where I am.

Gonna need more description TK.
He obv doesn't know about radiators so wont know that once the air has been bled out that black water will follow. Also to have a cloth handy.
Sounds silly I know but kids these days do not know how radiators work. In a property I let out a couple in their 20s got the lettings agent to get a plumber out because they didn't know how to turn radiators on!! Guess who got billed for that?

Ha, true.
But he's the BITB, so he'll learn quick enough to judge when all the air is expelled & the dirty water is imminent.

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

Last day was pretty in eventful.
Busted the main with 66<99 on 962fd then ak v 88
Think I played really good all day except one hand which I thought about a little bit sicnr.
18 left in 635 on full tilt.
I min raise button with kjo to 4000 at 2kbb
Philbort 3bet to 10k from the sb
I jammed 63k from the big blind.
I think I should have called the 3bet.
Wcoop in the whole went badly. I was a decently large loser but fortunately I won a lot of uh bets who simply sucked more than I did hah, and I had some good swaps as well so didn't lose too much in the end.
Very sad to see monsterdong and andyhin leave budapest besides Adam they were the only hsmtt guys who were here and enjoyed spending time with them. Will be with jon at pca and Andy at Aussie mills.
Feels good not caring about what tournaments are on today, not have to worry about anything and obviously great I get to see Ingrid and my dogs tonorrowZ. Ingrid send me a video of fate barking on Sunday. Check my Instagram out /pads1161 to watch, I think she was shouting at lauris91 like I was!
Going to the gym now then will have a nap before football match tonight. We're undefeated so far this season and play an Irish team in the cup so hopefully will win.
Maybe I'll make it back in time for the Super Tuesday.....

Now then Mr Leonard, I have a serious question for you.
You have received no less than THREE nominations for the Bluff Europe Awards. (Thorougly deserved, imo).

Rick 'TheClaimeer' Trigg

Jack Salter
Performance of the Year
Victoria Coren Mitchell (EPT San Remo)
Simon Deadman (Hollywood Poker Open
Patrick Leonard (online MTT leaderboard)
Craig McCorkell (WSOP Main Event)
Chris Moorman (LA Poker Classic)
So, my questions to you are......

So, Poker Awards. (Voted by the "public", not a panel).
1) Would you be proud, pleased, or in any way chuffed to get the most votes in any or all categories?
2) Or would you be in the Camel Camp, "Poker Awards are shite"?
3) A hybrid of both. Pretend to be cool & unfussed, but secretly be very proud.
I am NOT interested in all the usual "he/she should/should not be on the list" stuff or "he/she deserves it more than me". Not interested in that.
Just those questions, no swerving or ducking the issue.
And before you ask, I think you deserve to be recognized for your efforts & achievements.

Congrats! Seconded on well deserved. Weird how these days it's still seen as more of an achievement to
luckbox
win a relatively small live tourney than to win a ton of online MTTs
Just as a side issue having been involved with many sets of awards over the years I'm more inclined to think a panel is, weirdly, fairer than a public vote.

Well yes, Facebook "lobbying pages" & all sorts can & do manipulate the voting. Irrespective of the result though, the point I am asking of Patrick relates to the poker public at large recognizing his achievements.
