Got a friend who has got a withdrawal problem and Betfair are blaming Streamline, and Streamline say they never received it etc

Theyve told him it could take up to a month to find his money!

Anyone know anyone there who might be able to help speed it up?

i had to deal w streamline today, not the greatest but seemed to be more effecient than taking a month to do something like that? tahts awful imo
