now that reminds me of my days as a teenager in Luton, we used to go to the market and visit the Jamaican shop, they did these curry patties ... MMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm  and on a cold day we used to get a big tray of curried chicken with rice and peas .. FFS im making myself hungry now .

Ahh Kev, I live practically in Brixton, and I do love a good Jamaican Pattie. But they also have Jollofe rice, which is bloody superb, West African Spicy rice... now That is NUTS!

I do like some nice goat curry and some dumpling.

i worked in bermuda for a while and about 5am after a night dancing and drinking we would head off to mungals for the finest curried goat i have ever tasted...........

I had goat once, in Morroco, It was cooked over an open fire untill it was crisp on the outside but moist and tender on the inside. It was served with fresh mint and lemon, we sat outdoors and ate with our fingers from a single dish

It was delicious!
