Is that a euphemism?

read on MC's blog about using an xbox control pad.  is this easy!?

Yeah, pretty easy to set-up, just need Xpadder and TableNinjaFT.

If you don't end up doing that at least get a mouse ffs lol Smiley

I've got one of these

its a bit shit

Trackballs are the dogs bollocks as far as I'm concerned, wouldn't trade mine for anything...

Although xbox controllers are great...I use joy2key, convert all the buttons to key presses using that software and then have table ninja using those keys as shortcuts....its too easy to fold or shove though...the amount of times i've tilted then just kept firing the shove button.... Sad

I bought a cheap xbox controller from asda for about £12 (I don't own an Xbox, PS3 ftw) It had a USB connector on the end so was just a case of simply plugging it in, it found its own driver (this was in Vista, might not be so easy in XP).

JoytoKey is the program that turns the buttons into keystrokes, if you open the controller configuration from the Control Panel there is a test panel where you can press each button on the controller and find the corresponding button number.

Are they wireless? I've used my PS3 controllers aswell but needed to use the charging cable (USB) and a specific driver to get them working. Maybe someone who owns an XBox can help?

Hey lads

need some expert advice I have recently purchased this setup http://www.dabs.com/products/samsung-md230x6-widescreen-lcd-eyefinity-monitor-74NZ.html?refs=50429-52980000

I put it all together which took several hours and then realised my graphics card wasn't compatible, I have an alienware custom built comp it cost alot of money and is of the highest spec, I'm no computer genius but I have set up 3 monitors in the past and it all worked fine.

I recently purchased this graphics card http://www.awd-it.co.uk/scripts/prodView.asp?idproduct=8420 which is compatible with the setup so I can use all 6 monitors at once I have it all correctly plugged in with the mini dp ports and I have also installed the software disc for the graphics card.

My problem is only 1 monitor is working out of the 6 this is the main monitor which is connected via the main power supply. It wont detect any of the other 5 monitors and I have no idea why?

Does anyone know any reason why or have a similar setup? All ideas are welcomed.

Thanks for any help

Can you check whether you have power to the other monitors and how it's distibuted to them. i.e separate power cables or from one distribution.
