I sure ever cash out!

You have to be carrying around lumps of cash to some of the places you go.

Question regarding omaha - I've just started trying to grind up a roll from being busto playing plo5 on stars usually playing upto 10 tables and seem to be winning played 16k hands and have a bb/100 of 37.50 if that means anything to you lol? how many hands and how many buyins do you think I should get to start the next level? considering I can't afford to bust my account so kinda need strict bankroll management this time round.

That hand size is very small but it's really positive that you can play so many tables and are winning. I'm pretty sure your true winrate won't be anywhere near that though.

If you want strict BRM, use 150bi imo and up that to 200 when you get to $400PLO.

Cheers for the reply. What about hand sample then would you say 50k is a good sample to get your true winrate? pokerstars plo5 for some reason you can buy in for $12.50 but on the plo10 level you buy in for $10 seems weird maybe it is worth me just sticking to plo5 since I'm crushing there and skip that level? and just move upto plo20 when I have 100+ buy ins... I know I can beat the said level as I've played upto 0.50/1 before and been a winning player only over like 10k hands though.

"true winrate"? Try 500k hands. If you just want to tick the winning player checkbox then maybe a decent win rate over 50k hands could suffice, for micro-stakes anyway. Best way to tell would be to have a coaching session, if a decent winner at the level you want to play sweats your play for an hour and says you're not doing much wrong then that's a way better indicator than profit.

For 8grand yeh!

Your probably more likely to get robbed coming out of a poker club with your wedge than that happening!

No danger of me getting robbed then

How was the flight to Kings Lynn Mr Greek chap?

All good. Flights both ran on time and there were plenty of Air Asia air stewardess lovelies walking around the place.

I also picked the perfect amount of time to stay in Kuala Lumpur for, about an hour and a half. The 8 days I stayed there on my first visit was painful. The 2 days I stayed on my second visit was still too much come to think of it.

Oh well, Borneo and Malaysia must be the best holiday I've ever had so rough with the smooth and all that.

It does mean that I've only got a 30 day visa until I leave Thailand now. Gutted.

Since Simon has left, an Irish lad called Ciaran (from the Phuketeers poker group) has moved in here - small world as he was actually competing in Sky Poker's total player competition (iirc it was the one that Jakally won).

I've been spending most days with guys from the Phuketeers group - just chilling out, grinding, having fun etc. Loving it.

My month of poker has been insanely swingy. A few days ago it left me really really stressed and panicky.

Here are my daily profit/loss figures for this month so far:

1) No play.

2) -1073

3) +2696

4) +156

5) +533

6) +82

7) +929

Cool +256

9) +185

10) +1003

11) +486

12) -1165

13) +112

14) No play.

15) No play.

16) -1173

17) -1600

18) -1828

19) +114

20) -624

21) -497

22) +1850

23) +1409

Yesterday when I won 1850, I played over 4000 hands, which might be the most I've played on ipoker in a day at PLO.

The figures aren't inclusive of any rakeback. So far I've raked $3200.
