Teenage Kicks - what a song.
I thought it was utter shite.
Don't talk soft. You're obviously delirious.
Careful, this is Vinny's Diary. He might think you said "delicious", & try to eat me.
Working your way round the Diary's, ever lower, I see. Can I recommend China Mug's Diary? Here, here's a link......

It's a wonderful tribute to the British education system.
You're not catching me with that one again.
My laptop blew a fuse last time and it took a week to fix it.

People will gravitate down to their natural level Vinny.
It's called, I believe, "lowest common denominator".
As in "The Undertones were shite".

If only you could produce interminable "to do" lists that are impossible to achieve, there would be no need to ever read another thread.

Ah but I never said they (The Undertones) were stupendous did I - just that I thought Teenage Kicks was a stonking song - which it is.

+1 great song.
From wiki:
Peel's funeral, on 12 November 2004, in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, was attended by over a thousand people, including many of the artists he had championed. Eulogies were read by his brother, Alan Ravenscroft, and
Paul Gambaccini. The service ended with clips of him talking about his life and his coffin was carried out to the accompaniment of his favourite song, The Undertones' "Teenage Kicks". Peel had written that, apart from his name, all he wanted on his gravestone were the words, "Teenage dreams, so hard to beat", from the lyrics of "Teenage Kicks".[22] A headstone engraved in accordance with his wishes was placed at his grave in 2008.[23]
