Why did you go to DTD when you could come to Newc APAT instead which is much more your level and you'd actually have had a chance of doing something ffs, sort it out.

Despite that, Love you son.

Two reasons Monda,

1. I was staked to play.

2. It wasn't in Newcastle.

Knocked out about 57th at the DTD 300 yesterday, Decided to gamble with   for all of my chips, maybe shoulda waited for a better spot.

Got it all in v Chris Sly, he had 66. Flop was   , which i think makes me a slight favourite..

Seems a nice guy, hope he goes on to win it.

Met some new blondes too yesterday, lildave Redsimon & cambridgealex, seemed like nice guys, had the pleasure of sharing a table with MC, EvilPie & BAM.

Managed to double up Matt & MC, I got myself into a mess v MC, had middle pair v his 'nothing much' and was commited to calling his shove, his nothing much, was actually 2 pair. wp me, no real damage done there, as I had plenty of chips, just seemed to go backwards for 2 or 3 levels, and went from one of the early chip leaders, to back in the pack, with the average stackers.

Had to fold 77 on a 8 high flop, and was shown JJ, then shoved over Chris Sly with KK and doubled up v his 88, then a few hands later he got me with the 66 v AA.

Enjoyed it a lot, and will try and get back for May, determined to do a win in one of these.

Not really George, the first four or five levels I was, but then in the middle, I got bumped off too many pots I think, made a mistake against MC, and I had one hand, that I will prob put on PHA, where I shoulda got all the guys chips, but only managed to get half of them.

I also flatted a raise and a re raise on the flop, with a pair and NFD, expecting the original raiser was gonna shove, he folded, I made the flush v a set, but lost loads of value there I think. Might be a bit results orientated, but, with a bit more thought during the hand, I might have had 100k at 100-200, instead of 50.

My friends mum died last week, and she was buried today, mothers day. Urgh.

Was invited to the funeral, but couldn't go. Hope it all went ok.

Happy Mothers day to my mum, went to the cemetery earlier to see her & Holly.

Hope you all had a good mothers day.

Spent some time with Andy Bradshaw yesterday, not the first time, but certainly the most entertaining. He ripped this poor guy to shreds, both in the hand, and after. I can see why he gets under people's skin, I'd rather share a table with 9 Andy Bradshaws, that 9 of the same guy that was sat to my left on Friday, who had came out, but forgot to bring his personality with him.

The guy who forgot his personality is there to play a poker tournament. He's not there to entertain everyone. Why should bradshaw be ripping him to pieces? That could be a guy playing live for the first time and subsequently not want to play again. Bradshaw might be entertaining to some but he crosses boundaries. Its not on.

He was big enough to take it but for me Bradshaw is harmless and sometimes funny but too repetitive and gets very boring after a few years of playing with him.  FML when I got moved after having him for hours and he came and sat down at table Vinny.

BTW Vinny I thought you played your exit hand V Bad - you should have whipped them in, slow rolled him TF and then said you are drawing dead fishbox whilst spitting in his face - instead of saying oh unlucky but you still have outs mate!

So, if you go out to play a poker tournament, you are not allowed to have banter, or smile, or enjoy yourself? There was another guy at my table on Friday, who almost bit Tikays head off, when he made a jokey comment.

They're the ones that can gtfo.

Andy absolutely owned him in the hand, with his play, his speech play, and his banter. He was very comical imo, the guy was giving banter back, not on the same level, but he tried.
