It's quite easy to forget, to be fair.

Food update before I forget what I have ate.
Saturday, Chilli Con Carne (allegedly) with rice
Chicken Madras, rice, bread & onion budgie.
Had to have a can of Irn Bru as ran out of other drinks. Was my only fizzy drink since I started on Tuesday, given the amount I normally drink, I'm happy with that.
Sunday, Chicken shish & salad, pasta with mushrooms and a sauce.
Monday, Nando's, chicken in pitta bread, chips, 5 wings, and some olives
Lamb chops, rice & salad.
Tuesday, Chicken shish, no bread, bucket of salad. Roast beef dinner, loads of vegetables
Have cut down to 2 cups of tea per day, and only drinking water now.
Lost the routine of having fruit, but managed to sneak in 3 apples today.
No exercise, and no real effort in the first week, but I feel better. Forgot to weigh myself today, so will do that over the next few days. Had lost 3lbs when I weighed myself last friday, so hope to have maintained that at least.

I know, but you wouldn't believe the improvement I have made. The chilli, curry & nando's are bad, the rest are ok though, no?

Bet Girgy's diet is a hell of lot worse than that. In fact Girgy would lose weight with that diet for sure.

I swear to God I haven't eaten that much in the past month.

They call him "the professor" in Newcastle.
Being able to work computers and all that is such a massive skill, his only worry is that the locals think he is a witch and throw him down a well.

haha, i've tried the starving myself routine, it doesn't work for me, so I am gradually cutting out the bad stuff. It's working so far. If girgles ate what I ate, he would lose double the weight imo.
