Was messing about on a site I had a bit of money on, just playing a couple of tables, obviously, I'm about to do the rest of my money, and I'm just waiting for a hand. I get 88 and there is a raise, so I shove, then, for some reason, I accidently click out the screen, don't know how, so I check the HH, and there is nothing there. Hmm, bit strange. My acct balance is now £0.00, so I figure I lost the hand.
Anyway, curiousity is getting the better of me, and I decide that I want to know what happened, but you know what it's like getting info out of online sites sometimes, anyway, I drop a PM to someone I know that is connected to the site, let's call him, err, Tallkarl, he's not online, but i suppose he will be at some point, and answer sometime before christmas etc.
Almost straight away, he replies, try this, do that, do this, so i tell him, i have, but no joy. OK, send the hand no and table etc etc, so i say I will do later as not on computer etc.
Tonight, i send it and within 30 mins, I have an answer as to what happened in the hand. I have to say, it was a great service, from start to finish, and very quick. Not often I get to say that.
I know he reads this diary every day, so he will no doubt be pleased to receive a name check
I do indeed. The stuff about quitting your job has been fascinating. Good luck with the travelling.

Lol Works for both I think. 25 years ago at 16 I got my first 50 cc motor bike and the only tools I needed were a hammer and a chisel. The only addition to my tool box beside the hammer and chisel was in recent times when the kids come along and started pulling doors off cupboards, ripping off daydo rails and pulling up the lamenent flooring. I am now the proud owner of a tube of no more nails too.

There are some people in this world, that, just for 10 minutes, I would like to get inside their head, and see what they are thinking, If anything at all. Would be fascinating, and a great experience.
Like who?
Good question, No one in particular, that I could mention, but some days, I think about, say xxxxx, wtf are you thinking? I don't mean, are you thinking about me, more a case of, they will say something, and I think to myself, why are you saying that?, it's clearly not true, or it may be slightly true, but, it doesnt sound true, and if they stopped and thought about it, then maybe they would realise that too?
It's sort of a what makes people do the things they do and say the things they say type thing, if that makes sense?
Wouldn't like to be in monda's head for 10 minutes though, I'd be pissed after 5
Haha, APAT Newcastle FTW ?

Ha, It's all true, I think.
Wouldn't like to see this happen believe it or not. And doubt very much it ever will.
I remember bandit telling me a story about the debt, and some conspiracy or investigation by a journalist, that uncovered some sort of dodgyness going on. Can't remember the exact details though.
But if bandit says it's true, then it's def true.
