we were going with these 28 gibraltarian girls, it was one of their birthdays and pleno was connected in someway to one of them. Massive range of talent, going from some s to some absolute disasters. They were a pretty wild bunch tbf, and I think they saw pleno as an easy target cos once countless bottles of vodka had been polished off they seemed really eager to fight someone. was totally bizarre but he ended up being hit in the face by like 3 of them and kicked in the shins. There were limbs flying everywhere! we left the club at 7am and boarded the coach back home and these 4 random girls who we shared the super vip zone with (beeep be beep) tried to get on the coach with us and freeroll a trip back to gib from spain. the mental birthday girl and her fighter friend weren't having any of this and they were going absolutely insane shouting crazily spanish swear words. I was stuck right in the middle couldn't wait for it to kick off again, was brilliant. Then these girls just started properly punching each other, not like girly slaps, proper fists to the face! I was right in the firing line so although I didn't want it to stop, I had to hold one back so I didn't get an errant smack. As I was holding this girl back, she started karate kicking this other girl in the face with her giant high heels, it was totally brutal! Great entertainment, I was just in the middle laughing and trying to hide my obvious excitement...

had a really great meal at a top restaurant before to line the stomachs. had roast duck in mango gravy, was amazing, banoffee pie afterwards was delicious. It's a great privalege to be able to eat as much food as I want and not put on any weight, I'm really glad I don't have to worry yet about dieting or going to the gym. I suppose it won't last forever but it's nice while it lasts cos I lurve good food! Just been eating pringles, skips and maryland cookies all afternoon so far!

The club last night was pretty slick, we were in a supervip zone which was a big balcony overlooking the main dancefloor with a private staircase leading down to it. We were in little booths and tables with basically unlimited vodka with mixers and table service, was pretty sick. The whole night including the coach from Gib to Spain cost £80 which was an abs bargain for the service we got. Were some topless dancers for a bit before the main act Rebekka Brown came on. I hadn't heard of hear but apparently she was famous - i know fuck all about popular music, but she sounded like the girl who sings in all those songs that are on in clubs, and she is apparently. I thought she was a great performer anyway.

Got a couple more nights in Gib then back home. Hope to go see the rock 2mora, if not planning a return trip soon, there's a cash game festival end of march which ill probably go with a few ppl for. Had night off poker, ready for another battering by the Gibraltarian Geniuses tonight!

In the interest of balance I must talk about times when I run good too. Played this donkament tonight, basically just to pass the time until the cash game got running, was a £30 pound with one rebuy, 34 runners with 810 up top, 4 paid. With 11 left I had 50chips, blinds at 400/800. Then in the next 30 minutes I trebled to 150, won chip race to get to 200, then trebled to 600, quintupled to 3k, trebled twice to 27k, doubled to 54k, knocked a big stack out and had 87k! Was the best spinup I've ever seen. This was 4handed now, with 180k in play. Obviously managed to come 4th and only win £180! Was so much fun, but once I hand half the chips in play I really got my hopes up for shipping the lot and getting out of the Gibraltar hole! Won a little on cash after too, so a profitable day nonetheless. And muchos fun.
