He's trying to turn it into a clever brag. Saying his edge is soooo massive its worth him losing the bet just to play in it.

Whens that £1k heads up tournament with 64 runners scheduled for rob?
Why would u remind rob of this!? Because its +EV for me for it to happen How if you've bet against it not making the numbers? You're adding numbers just by playing It's a pretty sick hedge to be fair, if he believes his edge is worth more than the amount he bet on it not happening. edit: hedge is probably the wrong word, but you get what I mean.

Hedge is the right word. He's saying his Roi is >100% am I right? 1k bet + 1k entry his ev has to be >2k. probably is...

he's saying if it's a 64 player field his edge is over 100%, if it's less than 64players its a freeroll I'll play for defo.

I doubt in a field where you're likely getting very solid players which is what would happen in a 1k hu tourney unless rob put on loads of sats or put people in just to win the bet that dan would have close to a 100% roi.

I can't think of anywhere near 64 solid players who would play this, the 64man field will be great value for anyone who happens to play high stakes HU sng's for a living couldn't beat Rob though could he. eh eh eh

Made day two of the Sky poker thing. Got 10 bigs but still, happy to be in. Couldve gone broke a number of times but had to make tough folds that were correct. Grinded so hard, played 14 levels today, 2pm-2am, was tiring. Excited for tomorrow though, early double up and I'll be average. We're 20 places off the money i think, 24k ftw. And I have 100% of myself wiii

Given that there are way less than 64 people in the world that beat these stakes heads up SNGs online I'd say the chances of getting 64 people that have a ton of experience playing heads up are zero. Cash there are obviously more players but I can't see any online 5/10+ regs rocking up to dtd to play a £1k

If you have a savvy poker player, then you are just embracing variance and hopefullly your changing gears/styles is timely I would gladly play any HU for 1 game and I do not believe that there would be any meaningful edge

I was saying Skype-oker pro, cos you said you were on skype if he wanted to play as if you could play the pokers on skype. whoosh, oh well. it's funny now i've explained it right...?! They do though, up to £420. Not sure about the action levels though.
