Cheers met, having not played for about 6 weeks I felt very unfit and it was noticeable how much you guys had come on and improved - I felt quite a gap between us. I hope captain Johnson (Keith) has faith in my ability though and gives me another chance next week. I'll be working on my fitness in the meantime to try and retain my place.
It was good that we dominated last night without Mitch and Gaz, shows the strength and depth of the squad and that we don't rely on anyone. Although losing Deadman or PJ would seriously reduce our goal tally!
Ged filmed it so if I get hold of that vid I'll be able to make a highlights reel.
Do you think there is a wide gap in ability between you and Mitch. Which gap is wider poker or footy?
There is a wide gap between me and Mitch yes. If you're talking about the physical centre of Mitch that is.
Mitch is a much better footballer than me. And Poker player probably. He's been playing a lot longer so is more experienced and can deal with the swings better (though he's yet to have a downswing in his 4 year career so that doesn't really count
). We've both got different strengths and weaknesses. He's by far and away my biggest competitor in the DTD games. And he's absolutely massive.
