33 now Pryian just gone.
Jeff Kimber went out with 10s against JJ. he says he lost most of his chips earlier after he had been raising a lot, and after raising again with QQ he called a shove from another player who had a9 and hit.
Have utmost respect for Jeff's game after watching him play, I'm not being sarcastic for once - watching him and Will Fry lock horns and run the rest of the table was a genuine education for me.

Lawrence Gosney. Seems to be raising every hand. Gets a caller every second time. Mucks on river every time it gets that far.
Standard.

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

Trying not to join Sykesy in the toilet?
Hmmm two conflicting stories here... one is an innocuous tale about facebook statuses and young boys handbags at dawn.
The other is a tale of a young boy meeting another young boy carrying a handbag.
I prefer the second one myself.
its the second one, guaranteed

Marc Goodwin finally just above average with 105k. (average 104950)
Key hand for him was AA vs lawrence's AJ, flop Ac2c3c both checked, turn 10h, betting, river
giving Lawrence 2 pair and the false illusion he was ahead.
Peter Mcadams has about 240k and his ID to get served at the bar.
Alan Mcclean now on aound 200k.
Chip counts coming after the break, courtesy of Tighty.

207 runners started in all for the first GUKPT of 2011.
Despite the noon start and Neil Channings comments, this was actually a 10% increase on last year's turnout at Manchester, although 50 of these runners won their seats through satellites arranged over the past month by cardroom manager Greg.
Buffet also improved as each day has gone on, just had salmon, beef
burgignon
stew, chicken, veg pasta and rice. looking forward to seeing all that come back up shortly: hangover still raging.
Praying for mass exodus of players in next half hour so I can
go out on the piss again
go home to bed.
