looking for the title of an old film, (sinatra era) where a guy in vegas keeps hitting black 20, im sure it was leaving las vegas, but nothings coming up

Pretty certain it isn't leaving las vegas as that has very little gambling in it at all....amazing film though.

this. Conair could have been great with a decent actor...but they buggered it up by getting Cage in...the same with FaceOff.
