45 manner on full tilt- a range of questions (see what I did there?)

OK hand that has prompted a lot of discussion between me and a mate. He is nemoswim and we both play the 26$ 45 manners and have been reasonably successful. We're getting to the business end of things. Main difference between stars and tilt is there are no antes and only 6 get paid. Pre this level my standard open (from 60/120 onward) has been to min open.
Donkeyhoty is a donk. He peels a lot but obv with his stack in play it's irrelevant. Plays hands he shouldn't etc etc. Any other history really isnt too relevant. Think the trolley is a reg. Others are unknown. I don't use a HUD (leak)
A few questions before I reveal my hands. Biggest stack behind me has 8 bigs effective without antes so:
What is our range for open shoving?
What is our range for min/raise calling? (presumably the top end of our range)
Are we ever min raise/folding (specifically to supertammi)? If so what would our range be?

A9+ KQs 77+

you shouldnt really be changing your line between opening jamming and min raise........ option. This obv defines your hand range itself and therefore good players will pick up on it. So have a default raise call or jam. The advantage of raise call is that you can have a raise fold ranne in some spots (stack size and villain dependant)
Are we ever min raise/folding (specifically to supertammi)? If so what would our range be?
No, not off these effective stacks

Shoving pretty wide here, any ace, K8, broadways, any pair
I might minraise/call with QQ+ but its pretty obvious that you have a massive hand when you minraise so I probably would just shove everything
Min raise folding playing 8bbs is never going to be profitable unless you're against a suuuuuuper duper nit which I doubt you'll encounter in these games

Guy agree in normal circumstances but would deffo be min raising/calling against non regs in this spot with top end of range

agree. I'd worry about guy's point in the higher games. Not in these and I've played hundreds of these games.

you are suggesting people reship light or fold tighter?
ie what do they do with 88 there?

yes - i hadnt read the position correctly either - im not as wide as Dan thou
55+ A7+ A2s+ KJ+
tbh - due to the games I play i probs open jam my entire range, but if there is a marked diff in their folding as you say, then i obv min raise to get them to fold better than the bottom of my range, but yes, i am raise calling

Only ever raise/calling if I think that they might be tez enough to flat call me or expect to have some fold equity when I've got JJ+
I don't hate raise/folding as long as you have a plan which stacks you are calling and for what reason. But this is only if you're stealing with a weak holding because you believe they are all super nits and the bb jams on you and you expect him to be strong.
So generally just shoving.
Range is slightly dependant on how goofy the small blind you mention is. If he's folding to try and cash we can shove wider, but if he's calling us with K5os we have to be tighter.
Something like
Any pair, Suited Aces, A6+, K9s+, K9+, Q9s+, QT+, J9s+, 9Ts
looks good generally..

Range here: 22+, A4s+, A8o+, K10o+, K9s+, Q10s, QJo+, J10s.
Min Raising/calling- Yes but with qq+ when there are donks you can exploit behind you. I would base this decision with a quick glance at my hud.
Min raise/folding- Lol no.
Yeah trolley is a reg, big read on him is that he likes to min raise/fold less than 12bb stacks a lot itm.
