Didn't see one had been started.
Just finished Day 1a for Pokernews with Jen and Dana. Toby Lewis made it through, JP busted with nut house vs quads. Rupert lost a huge flip vs Jason Mercier (obv). Can't recall who else played today.

Shouldn't flip versus a guy who has never lost a flip in his life.
tbf you had a ridic hard table and were really unlucky in the end.

Simon is from the scunthorpe area and is a cracking lad. he has probably been playing poker for 3 years and i think his first live game will have been when he came to the 2009 wsop when on day 1a he drew the tv table (see the lex veldhuis episode that george has on his thread). so pleased he is photogenic coz he is in most of my wedding photos and he spent most of yesterday on the feature table. he told me he took out michael tureniec but have noticed he is still in so may have been mistaken or just crippled him (cheers simon my joke on john eames wall does not look so funny if he is still in). he plays as simondtd on their site and won a few seat to deepstacks but mainly plays the big buy in comps. i railed him a fair bit in september when he played the full works in london whilst i made do with the vic. he actually drew phil iveys table in two of the events ept and wsope i believe and it worked out nice for phil but simon now has a million pics of him on his i phone so money well spent. this will be his first live cash but have managed to get a picture of him on the hendonmob
http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/player.php?a=r&n=171932
.
simon is no mug and had a final table apperance in the sunday million and an f/tops.
gl surinder, james, and dean but it would fantastic if simon goes deep in this. Simon saw a post from trigg on facebook and had to ask me what "a huge pre-nip" was?. lol
