As I arrived at table Black/Charalambous the Big Charra was raising to 19k, and got one caller in BB Kevin Whelan.
The flop came down
and Whelan tanked then shoved! Charra called quickly, as you do with an overpair (albeit
) Whelan groaned, swore and turned over
The turn was the
but the river was a cruel, cruel
giving Whelan trips and sending the Big Charra to the cash desk to pick up £600.
TD Tom has just informed me that Joseph Lucas has also been knocked out.
He checked flop i shoved for 115k ! he called HE won ,I left..........
Sorry mate, I thought he'd shoved and you'd called. Unlucky and well played though!

Todd Swain is following Charra to the cash desk after he got it all in with
and Rhys Jones'
held on a
board.
Richard Pearson also bust from that table the hand before.
The Lucas exit hand was his K-K vs Mistri's A-A. Liaquat Javed in seat 3 managed to fold Q-Q to the 3-bet preflop!

Whilst we were typing all this up, Paul King bust out in 18th.
I've never seen so many players bust at the same time at this stage before!

Bok?
Greek Jack just raised to 35k pre only to find Adrian Coles all in for about 80k. Jack realised he was priced in to call and did just that.
Jack:
Coles:
The flop was a paintless
but the turn gave Jack some more outs, the
. One of those outs hit on the river...and it was a Jack for Jack, the
sending the pot to the Greek man and sending Coles to the rail to collect £878.

Agris Klaise just went from a mid-stack to out in 2 hands.
Firstly he pushed all in to isolate a shortstacked John Young with K-K, but Young's A-9 spiked an A on the turn of a T-4-8-A-J board. This left Klaise very short and he pushed the very next hand with
but ran into Andy Lambert's
which held on the
board.

Yeah, sadly.
I can post a picture of Mr Klaise though as he looked remarkably like this man:
