McDonnell Komeda II should be a cracking closing encounter again and it'll be far less slapstick than lat night's card. Bellew punching thin air and Torres constantly falling over was pretty damn funny.

The first rule of boxing is to protect yourselves at all times so good on Bellew for landing a big right hand when the Latvian went to apologise. We've tuned in to watch a fight not a friendly sparring session.

119-108 McDonnell from the guy on Sky's broadcast was disgraceful.

8-4 Komeda from Fat Dan was an incredible piece of brown-nosing. People might refer to him as Dan Rafael if he wasn't such a lazy biased hack.

Me, I don't bother keeping count cus the guy I backed always seems to win on my scorecard.

Mate of mine just started doing Yoga, and I think he has been getting a bit of ribbing from some of his pals... Anyway, just posted this on Facebook Cheesy

Just finished a session, having a breather and starts talking to this young fella, fit as a fiddle obvious a boxer. He does the yoga here twice a week and as a 1 on 1 session once a week and as done for the past 4 years. Really intresting chat and fair to say he was a top lad.

Make my way to the car park bump into him again have another chat......turns out hes a pretty good boxer, in fact a world champion, was only WBA champ Scott Quigg........Yoga for hippies right??!!

Yoga's for crushers! It's a fairly common thing for a top level boxer/ athlete to be doing.

Ant Crolla saw a new guy in his yoga class and he looked in good shape, so Ant had a chat with him afterwards. Turns out it was Jose Zapeda ahead of the Flanagan fight.

I've looked into it, as I have pretty bad spasticity problems, and need to stretch in any way possible.

For functional fitness, it has to be good, and it would seem the proof is in the pudding.
