Good fight, wasn't it. Jacobs didn't seem to do much in the first half of the fight, so was always under it, even though I thought he won most of the 2nd half.
Both got chins, especially Canelo. Neither ever really looked hurt.
Had my speculative tenner on the draw, but wasn't expecting much after the first 4 rounds
Something about Jacobs is underwhelming. Enough not to stay up till silly o'clock for him alone. He should go back to the east coast cus Vegas belongs to Canelo

You'd think with the whole package he'd be a bigger star.
We knew Vegas belonged to Canelo after the first triple g fight. You know it's not that close when even fast car says Canelo clearly won

The WBC trolling Eddie by ordering Campbell to fight Loma for their vacant belt is a thing of beauty.

With Usyk’s injury wrecking his Maryland card it’s not been the best few weeks for Eddie.

To be fair, that was a bit of an off one anyway wasn't it? Do either of them have a connection with Maryland, or is it just something to tick a box for DAZN?
He was talking about how strange it is over there, when people turned up to see the local guy at one of the cards, and then all pissed off before the main event

Usyk was this month and bang on schedule for an AJ showdown at the end of the year. Still, superb trolling by the WBC to cheer us up.

I just meant with regards to it being in Maryland.
Would he not have had to fight him soon anyway, though? Campbell, that is.

It's another east coast venue. Westside shows are saved for the hispanic fighters.
Campbell waited ages for Mikey to vacate and Hearn's pissed that they are getting as tough an out as Loma (Loma being a different org's champion). Obv it's okay when Joshua did it though, hypocrite.

Gotcha. I've always wanted to have a look at the MGM there, but it's always been stupid expensive compared to Vegas.
What did they do for AJ? roll one of his mandatories so he could have an easier fight?
Shame they're not so rough with Beyontay, too.

Part of the fun is waiting to see. Usyk's injury could just be a minor tear.

Needed a break from the spreadsheets, so had a mooch about, and supposedly not having surgery.

How long do you guys reckon before Usyk moves up to heavyweight?

Would have been 2 1/2 weeks time, but he's injured now.

And SkyBet get away with a comedy piece of pricing. They opened 1/4 Usyk.
