Such a slowroll...

I backed Brook in a double with Ross Pearson, but then thought I couldn't ever see him getting a decision, and chucked a tenner on the draw at 50.

They said about maverick scorecards, and I was expecting it to be the other way Cheesy

I'd love Kell to absolutely punch the fuck out of Amir Khan, I really dislike that little roach.

I'm not a big fan, but thought he was actually alright tonight, and then I just caught the end of that speech where he was referring to himself in the third person Cheesy

Surprised by the cards, I had Brook by a couple of rounds, but it could have easily gone the other way as a lot of rounds were very close.

Very impressed with Brook and his application throughout the fight. Thought he'd tire as the fight went on, but the opposite happened. Good fight and well done Brook.

When's the last time a British prospect stepped up to challenge for a world title, abroad, in the champions home country, and won? It's a genuine question that I'm struggling to answer.

Fighters with adopted home countries like Canello in the USA would count. Haye vs Valuev in Germany would if it were not for Haye's previous experience as a Cruiserweight champ.

Lennox v Tucker in 1993 is the first one that comes to mind off the top of my head.

Lennox was champ?

Yeah you are right that was after Bowe put the belt in the bin so technically he was the champ.

Feels as though that might have been the toughest challenge Brook could have faced in a lot of ways.  Think he will be a lot more comfortable on home soil and against fighters where he can dictate the pace a bit more.

That guy was like a Pitbull, just all over him all the time, and the ref didn't give him much help.

Even when he wasn't doing anything, he was spoling, and stopping Brook from working.

Heard last night that Maloney was forced to come out as the Daily Mail contacted him and told him that they knew and were gonna out him if he didn't do a story with them. Tabloid papers are such *****

He fought well didn't he? The 147lb division is getting really interesting.

How do you boxing judges price khan brook? I was very surprised to see 5/4 khan at paddy power should the fight happen. I would have made khan a decent fav. Interested innyour thoughts.

I would make Brook a fave tbh.  Would definitely be a backer at 5/4 although possibly not at evens.  5/4 Khan seems about right to me but as a piece of bookmaking it is pretty terrible because I would expect the public to think Khan should be fave so they are definitely laying bigger than they need to if that makes sense?
