Antwerp is better than Brussels and just down the road

this would match up with my opinion that the best thing to do in brussels is go to antwerp. it really is a rather dull place

Antwerp is better than Brussels and just down the road. But otherwise just trying all the different beers is a good un. Best beer in the world IMO

Why Stuttgart specifically? How far are you willing to wander from there?

going to a festival in france - Arras, in the week preceeding the plan is to do a drive around europe, not nailed down but an approximate route touted is Dunkirk to brussels, brussels to stugart, stugart to burgundy, burgundy to champagne region, champagne to arras.

generally camping, maybe 1 or 2 nights hotel/BB.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated....

Write a best seller.

Invent a cure for the common cold.

Marry a princess.

Prob a bit close to Dunkirk to stay, but Bruges is nice.

Any chance you can go as far as Switzerland?  Interlaken and the surrounding area/ mountains is a fantastic place to visit/camp.

amazing stuff, thanks.

I'd already stumbled accross interlaken this morning and thought it looked great.

brussels and stugart are both out then.

What do you reckon would be a good stop off point between Koln and interlaken?
