Insurance Companies
After my recent break in I'm having to deal with my house and car insurers. After calling them both on Friday morning to be told that a claims manager will be assigned to me and will call me on Monday (today). Yes they both called but not to discuss the claims they only bloody called in order to make an appointement so they can discuss my claims. What the fuck is that all about?
They're just stalling and lubing you up for when they feck you over mate. After you've had the appointments you'll be all bent over and won't be surprised anymore when their shitty offers come in
I know mate, im greased up and ready. lol
The car insurers actually called this morning and said they couldn't get hold of us, which is really amusing as we've already agreed to have the appointment tomorrow.

Feb, Rainbow come out to assess stuff, install dehumidifier to dry floor
Mar, Rainbow come out to remove leakind dehumidifier that has ruined rest of floor
October, new floor finally fitted
November, still waiting for contents payment. No dispute, they just cba
End November, get call from carpet company, appointed by Aviva, to come out and take measurements. For floor that they put hardwood down on.
Absolute shambles.
