more shocked the short stacks have been blinded away to redic short stacks relative to the blinds when they were all gtd 5k and all the money was upstairs.

I think this is a general reaction on the rail. Most thought that with £5k locked up they'd try and get playable stacks and get 4th up. This didn't really happen though I do know Gary and Raj were very very card dead such were the frequency of the sighs and heavenward looks

ICM equities for  the players at the start of the final table

Scott Eustace 883,000   £11911.192
Anon 663,000 £10910.005
James Tidey 742,000 £10207.409
Raj Dhiri 592,000 £9538.259
Lloyd Houston 519,000 £8808.257
Jack Allen 488,500 £8494.604
Tasos Grigoriou 477,000 £8366.755
Bash Mahmood 392,000 £7418.774
Gary Strang 278,000 £6012.745

So I don't think taking £5k each is too bad.

Great work tighty. Junior you was spot on but there was a bit of meta game going on alsO.... Thought could have got the player to fold kings after helping him out of the shit once.  Hence leaving the building rather rapid to get back to watch boxing rather than engaging in some.  Live and learn. Live and learn.

Scott Eustace over 3m of the 5m of play after winning two big pots in a row against Anon

On the next hand Anon open shoves button A-7

Lloyd Houston, just covered, calls all in K-J

flop 3-4-K

Houston doubles up leaving Anon clearly the short stack

It hasn't obv turned out that way but the amount of pressure the bigger stacks can put on the medium/short stacks is huge. Esp from the dialogue we're seeing at this final.

Then again their is a lot of money on the line and I spose they all felt better locking up the cash.

He wins £18,100 and half an hour in the bar with me talking about his only appearance for Leicester City.

gary must have been massively card dead given the deal for him to blind away like that with £5k locked up anyway.  Not his style of play at all.
