wonder if any 1 can help every time i log in to my comp and start up william hill it ask me to upgrade but when i do so it ask me again , so this means i  have to reinstall every time.

have you tried completely uninstalling the software then reinstalling it?

it jsut may not be reinstalling over the current version correctly.  Try it - go to Start Menu - Settings - Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it completely, then go to the site and download the new version.

Try disabling your firewall, it could be preventing the upgrade (rightclick on it's icon in the right hand corner).
