At Caersars they filled it all in before you got the cash.
They did take a $150 Withholding allowance. I asked what the $150 was for, he told me for
his time filling out the form. It took all of 1 Minute.
If do get a cash don't get all dippy like I did and leave them a tip.
The amount of Juice they take is Ridiculous.

hmmm Caesars filled in the form for me (and someone else) and didn't take anything - so I tipped them.
The amount on the top line of a 5 page duplicated form the box Withholding allowance $150

wow this is weird -
in that box for me it says 230, but we all chopped up the money at a table and both me and my m8 who also had a form took what we were entitled to and so did everyone else....
I think this amount is the entry.
