We're up at 99 runners now. 115 played the 1a last month, and these Friday nights seem to be gaining in popularity...quite a few playing tonight to allow them a chance to do family Bonfire night stuff tomorrow. Or Re-enter.

Dean Czyz is a dual winner already

Firstly he wins hat of the night. Knitting Pattern available to those who request it

Secondly, his surname scores 27 on Scrabble before counting doubles and triples, which is the highest in tonight's field

His prize was a pint of coke

Witnessed my first major pot of the night

It involved Prassanna Suryanarayanan

that's Prassanna Suryanarayanan

I run well.

He raised to 250 at 50-100

Tabraiz Shabhir made it 700 in the big blind

Suryanarayanan calls

flop

Shabhir leads for 1,300

Suryanarayanan makes it 2,900

Both playing 15,000 or so

Shabhir 7,000

Suryanarayanan shoves, called

Suryanarayanan

Shabhir

Suryanarayanan doubles through

Suryanarayanan saved onto notepad.

Four limpers and Paul Singhal makes it 400 on the button

All the limpers call

flop

Checked to Singhal who makes it 1,100

Julien Subreville 2,300

Adam Picken in the cut off now 4-bets to 5,100

Singhal calls the 5,100

Subreville passes

turn

Picken shoves 9,000

Subreville folds, he says,
