Why can't he go out tonight and still make weight?

He can have a meal and some drinks without going uber mental and do a run tomorrow and sweat it out.

Thanks all. As it was, I think the 'meeting a client' line may have been a bit of gamesmanship, and a means to him getting out whilst underweight.

[ ] He sure did go out last night.

We both weighed in this morning, me at 13st 2.5lbs for a 1st 3lbs loss (now a rather healthy weight for someone 6'3") and him at 11st 11.5lbs for a 1st 1.5lb loss (more healthy for someone 5'7" tall).

Mission accomplished, and both of us rather healthier than we were Smiley

Seems pretty straight forward to me.

Weigh in clearly stated as Friday 16th December.

He's going to have to sacrifice a night out if he wants to save £500 but no doubt you've made sacrifices over the last 7 weeks as well.

Make him paaaiiiiiiii!!!!!!

did you snap think "entertaining mutual client" meant taking out and banging the bird who has been seeing the both of us
