Arrrgh I've been eating well and exercising plenty all week and cannot budge off 14st 1lb - I knew I shouldn't have started weighing myself daily for the final push.

Got a big run today, then I'm gonna have to go nuts at the gym tomorow. Looks like I'm on the diet cokes for the England match.

1lb & 1/4 to go.
