Well very disappointed this week. Had a bad week with Cheltenham last week and as a result got in a bit of a depressive state and ate shit all weekend.

As a result I have gained 3lbs since last Monday. Today's weight 22st 2lbs Sad

Wasn't myself today at the gym. Managed 30 minutes on xtrainer followed by 30minutes with the trainer.

Need to get back into it tomorrow as Im on the booze Saturday.

Gonna be going on holiday in around 5 weeks time so ideally I'd like to be under 21st.

Had a good day, kept ontop of the eating and managed an hour of excercise. My goal is to achieve target by Saturday, so have a tough week ahead! Fingers crossed I can make it! Had such an awesome start but just lost it recently!

Obv got a long way to go to acheive my 5st target!!

Did an hour on treadmill burning 850 calories.

Going to monitor my weight all week as I don't wanna slip up with the weekend coming.

Can I just say that you are my motivation for this - the treadmill stats keep me motivated. I've not done any exercise yet but I'm almost at the point of going to the gym and asking for the orientation they offered me 3 months ago.  Even if it's 20 mins brsik walking it's all good. Thanks Girgy.

Exercise is they key Wink I've not been an angel with my diet I just work hard at gym. Cut out all the crisps and chocolate and your onto a good un.

I've done completely the opposite to girgy ... No exercise,although I work very hard but Completely changed my diet!
