Using the 'official' 100 push up app.
I think the programme changes depending on how you do in the tests.

Must do some today, I'm falling behind.
Pretty heavy family shit getting in the way, but don't want to quit already.

My first week back (from my jollys)
Weighing in at 16 stone only a 6lb gain really pleased with that after a two week spell of beer and eating out!
Getting the squits for 4 days helped I suppose lol!!
If anyone missed it I am not going through with the press up challenge due to suffering with a bad back .....it's not worth the risk of further damage.
Glad to see some hard work being put in

Don't worry about the pressups Lee but you did a lot of hard work. Try and keep up something so that you can continue losing weight and dont undo your hard work.

Had some man flu to shake off the last week or so, but actually pleased with my progress, its a shame the challenge is nearing the end, but I'm glad its going to be over soon.

I will 100% be doing another challenge after this, even though I think I will be paying a reasonable sum out on this one, its great having a goal in the gym other than lose weight. Open to suggestions for future challenges.

To keep things fresh and different, and because I have a dog, I was toying with some sort of walking challenge in the near future. That seems a good universal one.

Went for my final test today because I am sick of this challenge. It has certainly been the hardest challenge I've done, in that, I feel like I haven't made much progress at all. I am pleased with the effort I put in, but something wasn't right.

So looking at the video, to me, it still looks like I am not getting low enough. However, I have been deliberately putting my water bottle on its side underneath me, to give me something for my chest to aim for. In this test, I hit the bottle more often than I didn't, but it doesn't look like I hit it once when I watch it. All I can give you is my scouts honour that it did.

A bit gutted at the amount, because I was getting to about 37 in training in single sets of a larger routine. I felt my back go at about 20, which didn't help, and I think I rested too long, because by the time I dropped to the floor my arms were full of lactic acid. I actually feel I could have done much more, and I am tempted to have another crack at it on Tuesday (Deadline was Thursday).

So by my reckoning I did 46, which based on the terms of my forfeit means I owe £65 to charity at this moment. If people really have a problem with the lowness of the pushups, than I would accept doing some sort of 'add 20% to the charity amount' kind of deal based on what they think is a reasonable amount. However - I am only going to go on the opinions of people who have completed and stuck to a forfeit challenge in this thread - don't want some random coming in for the first time and telling me fork out the readies.

Either way it was an epic fail by me, the fail part was probably aiming so high in the first place. The good news, and I guess the important thing overall, is that I have managed to stay at the 13st 13lbs weight from the last challenge without having to religiously watch what I eat.

Already thinking of another challenge, glutton for punishment here. Whatever the challenge I was thinking we should have a 'must post 3 times a week in the thread or pay a separate forfeit' criteria to get this thread busy again.

Gonna decide on another challenge after the bank hols
