Missed my first piece of fruit after evening meal so I know owe £1 to charity.

This new challenge is having the desired effect on my energy levels, but I'm starting to feel a bit podgy, so I am pondering a short term weight loss bet, maybe just November, to get me back into these jeans that feel a tad tight.

Done all my stuff for the week, other than one missed fruit serving, so I now owe my eventual forfeit charity £1.

Gonna ramp it up again. Lee can you modify my challenge to state now I am going to pay £1 for every time I miss a serving of fruit or veg with EVERY meal on a weekday, so breakfast is now included.

Dropped back down to 17 2 but only managed 2 swims due to half term.  However, I was pleased with the number of lengths increasing and also with the fact that I wanted to go (compared to forcing myself to go earlier this year)  Will be in the pool Monday morning straight after the school run.

Hit a large bucket of balls at the golf range, can't really claim that as exercise, but it all helps, swing felt fairly free and easy.

No real targets, but hoping to wave goodbye to the 17's this week.

16st 11 this morning.  Rectified the recent gain, but in the right frame of mind to get down to break the 16s too so just going to continue the roll... don't let me overtake you Lee Wink

Injured my leg overdoing it at the gym this week, which resulted in me missing one of my gym sessions. Therefore 5 quid in the forfeit fund (grand total 6 quid)

Lets do it together Simon 16 stone ftw!!

You need to have 2 really solid weeks.... coz I'm looking to do it in three!  Swam today, will swim tomorrow and possibly gym on top as well, so this stone is getting sweated off rather than starved off.

16 7 so on track for my 3 week guesstimate imo.

3 swims, no gyms, bit annoyed not to have done more as for a change, I definitely had the opportunity this week.
