hotel laundry is joke expensive, though with 1 call you can just leave a bag of stuff near the door and have it back quickly in shoe boxes packed nicely in tissue paper.

laundrettes ftw imo drop off and collect ldo, or nit it up and try using someone you know from uk who has a house with washing machine :p

nitty ftw

Somewhere off strip, there must be launderettes with service wash facilities, but I don't remember seeing one.

There's a decent one on Spring Mountain.

Right behind the Little Crown & Anchor British Pub so you'll have somewhere to get a beer while you wait for the spin cycle.  Grin

Don't know if its been mentioned ITT but Vegas Mate [http://www.vegasmate.com/] is a really useful app for iPhone and iPad, it includes restaurant and hotel info & reviews, maps and general tourist info.  It's updated monthly and it downloads data and stores it locally, meaning you don't need an internet connection whilst you're there (just make sure you update it before you go).

Good app, possibly was mentioned many moons ago.

Just been told that Binions has reopened the upstairs cardroom where they used to hold the WSOP, supposedly they've done a decent job on the refurb and it's good 'for Binions' Cheesy

Think most of the high end clubs have their own residents nowadays don't they?
