Could be down to the seat load though, as Norwegian pack them in and VA will have significantly less seats per plane.

344 seats vs 264. When max take off weight is ~250 tonnes the weight of 80 people plus luggage is going to be significant.

It is if they are all as plump  - & I'm being kind when I say "plump" - as Hhy.

I would love to give this the retort it deserves, however I've just stuffed a box of 20 (should've been 14, running well) milk chocolate mini rolls in my gob.

So I concede temporary defeat.....

Ok guys might sound like a daft one but ive had a search and cannot find any info (on blonde) for Prescription Medication. So i've got to take two different types of insulin which im sure wouldn't be an issue although it is by needle so how would I fair taking this on hand luggage? Another type of medication I take is for Pain relief and I have both Tramadol (Women slung in prison in Egypt recently for having two boxes, it is a controlled drug in the UK) and Oramorph which is a liquid version of Morphine (Oddly enough this is not a controlled drug). Of course im thinking I would take the very least amount necessary and also am able to have my Doctors prescriptions available. Any thoughts/Advice/point me in the right direction?

My old man's insulin/needles go in the hold, and he takes all his prescription documents with him, in case they ever carry out checks.

Can't see it being a problem, as long as you have all your paperwork with you, mate.

Ironic if the US gets funny about you bringing in a bit of morphine, given the gear they dish out like smarties.

It's probably best to get a covering letter from your GP that way you are completely in the clear.

If you have medication that needs to be kept chilled you will be able to get a free refridgerator* in your hotel room as long as you inform them at check-in.

Huge bonus to have one in the room and they usually charge $20+ pd.

I get juiced up before I go, so only have a few tablets to take with me.

My old man has a bunch of stuff he has to take, as well as his insulin.

As Ralph said, easy enough to get a fridge. Tell the hotel when you check in that you have meds for chilling, and they'll bring one up to the room.

He'll be staying at Palazzo, so I'd be very surprised if his Suite will lack a fridge.

Overpriced is the wrong word.

Even by minibar standards, Vegas prices are extortionate.

Cheesy

I've only ever used them when really hungover, and my fridge has been empty.

Try to keep it stocked up, so that I never get stung again.

Yes. Certainly used to be the case that it's hotel guests only (resort fee), though.

If by "casino", you mean the areas where the WSOP is held, yes, they do, & it's free.

The WSOP is held in what is really the Rio Hotel Convention Centre, which is a few hundred yards from the hotel.

The Poker is held in 3 or 4 different rooms (oddly, they are called "Ballrooms") known as Amazon, Rio, Pavilion, Miranda etc. All of them have free wifi.

I know it's your first time at the WSOP, so be prepared for a shock when you see the sheer size of it. Here's an article about the WSOP I found by chance this morning. It's a beautifully observed & written piece imo.

Ah! Didn't realise you meant the WSOP bit. Sorry.
