Faraz Jaka has been among the chip leaders in the 2012 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure main event for the better part of a week and on Friday, he’ll have his chance at a $2 million payday. Jaka holds a narrow lead over the final eight competitors, which include three online wizards, a rising female star and a former runner-up finisher in this event.

Jaka already has over $3.8 million in tournament winnings, though incredibly, he has never won a seven-figure prize despite numerous high-profile final table finishes. If he finishes in the top two on Friday, he’ll have that elusive score to add to his poker resume.

Xuan Liu

Entering the day in a virtual tie for the chip lead is Kyle Julius, who has over $1.2 million in tournament winnings and wins in the Sunday 500 and an FTOPS victory. He’s followed closely by the only remaining female in the tournament Xuan Liu. Liu made the final table of the EPT San Remo main event in 2011, finishing third for €360,000.

The next biggest stack is Ruben Visser, who is also known for his online play with over $1.3 million earned, although he did finish deep in the 2011 World Series of Poker main event, cashing for $196,174. The rest of the table is rounded out by John Dibella, David Bernstein and Mark Drover.

The short stack entering the final table is none other than Anthony Gregg, who finished in second place at the PCA to Poorya Nazari back in 2009. In addition to that life changing score, Gregg has also won the Sunday 500 and Sunday Million online, racking up over $2.5 million in career earnings.

Here is a look at the chip counts entering the final table.

Seat 1 — Mark Drover — 1,430,000
Seat 2 — Anthony Gregg — 1,160,000
Seat 3 — David Bernstein — 1,960,000
Seat 4 — Ruben Visser — 4,400,000
Seat 5 — Faraz Jaka — 6,470,000
Seat 6 — John Dibella — 3,465,000
Seat 7 — Xuan Liu — 6,355,000
Seat 8 — Kyle Julius — 6,450,000

I don't see how it's all that disrespectful.  Just looked like a daft boy showing off to his mates.  Still hope he loses and Xuan wins.

Ok but he didn't go for a fag.  He walked away, said "look how fucking nonchalant I am troops" then walked back when the coolness wore off.

Definitely a dick but not disrespectful to the all-in player imo.

My internet stopped working just as Julius stuck the 4-bet in.  Did he do a string bet and Liu made a fuss about it?

it was dubious, but quite clear what he intended to do

fk'd it as he was nervous, not an angle, Lui insta shoots the angle and gets a ruling

Jaka really deserved that stroke of luck.  He's been different class.
