I plan to watch the 2 NFL games tonight, & a small wager would help.
Need something that gives me a sweat for the whole game, & which I can understand - passing or receiving yards, or something involving the QB's, the only position I easily recognize.
TIA.
Billy Hills are going 10/11 Jeremy hill over 50.5 yards.Think this is a decent bet with o-lineman fisher at fullback and o-lineman ogbuehi at tight end.A decent running game takes the heat off mccarron and gio bernard is only used on 3rd down.Wouldnt surprise me if hill hits the 100 mark tonight.
Should also be said that Hue Jackson is hard to fathom and mccarron may throw all night.
They should be balanced against this defense to be fair. The Steelers were 30th best last season according to Football Outsiders but, this year, they've been 15th against the pass and 5th against the run.
This is adjusted for opponents, so the fact they've played some poor rushing attacks and have had some high scoring games is accounted for.
Must be a close game mustn't it? Penalties galore you'd expect.
Neck on the line if Bengals d stays healthy and the o-line steps up 24 points wins it for the Bengals. One shitty play and the team will fold for the usual one and done.50/50 which will happen.

Hey Chomps , you fancy Posh today ?
Flamboyant team with a surprisingly flamboyant manager versus a bunch of dour northerners with the dourest manager this side of Mick McCarthy. A watcher for me.

The Welsh Grand National was pretty gruesome, very testing conditions, only 6 got home, which did not include our two, which add UR and PU to their form.
Next case.

Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch didn't even make the trip to Minnesota.
which is interesting for a freezing game tomorrow
Yes, I am suddenly less confident about Seattle.
If you were the Vikings Defensive Coordinator, would you be blitzing a lot and letting Wilson call running plays as much as he likes, in favour of stopping him from passing deep or trying to run the ball himself?
Vikings don't score many points and can't afford to get into a shootout.
the last time these two played the seahawks won 38-7
in that game i thought they would run Adrian Peterson "all day". instead they gave up on the run quickly when they went behind.
I was on Peterson rushing yards, and watched aghast. he had 8 carries for 18 yards. thats 18 of his 1485 over the season as he won the rushing title again
afterwards Peterson moaned that they had been "out-coached"
minnesota were also missing anthony barr (their top pass rusher) and harrison smith (their best safety), and wilson basically did what he wanted in read option and passing
tomorrow, the vikings have to try and keep it close for as long as possible right? keep the ball away from wilson, try and control the clock?
going to be freezing, bridgewater has tiny hands (by QB standards) so their passing game is going to be tricky
why isn't Peterson going to get 25+ carries?
if you look at the game logs for this season
http://www.nfl.com/player/adrianpeterson/2507164/gamelogs
peterson has 327 rushing attempts in 16 games at 4.5 yards per attempt
lets downgrade that a bit because its the seattle defense
20+ attempts i would be confident in
4 yards per carry say
so around 80 rushing yards minimum, in what should be a close game in ice station zebra, with a decent shot at 100+
http://www.oddschecker.com/american-football/nfl/seattle-seahawks-at-minnesota-vikings/total-rushing-yds-adrian-peterson
over 75 is around.....
The missing 5 is to account for the Seahawks going ahead early, I assume.
Still agree, mind.

Yes, can't help but feel the Clerk overwatered the course.

Some serious mud by the finish. I'd like to think that loose horse was ours that passed the post first.

Need to move the Welsh National to Kempton, clearly.

Forgot all about the lottery thing and it is probably too late to organise a syndicate. Never mind, will get to keep the entire £50m.

Heath Miller is a serviceable tight end for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He can do blocking and receiving solidly and is a favoured emergency target for Ben Roethlisberger.
He has had 81 targets and 60 receptions this season and that's a high percentage, indicating the passes are relatively short, the passer and receiver are communicating well and his hands are good.
Over 16 games, it also indicates he's under 4 receptions a game.
The line with the Shouty red man is 4.5 today.
The Steelers have played Cincinnati twice this season as they are divisional rivals. In the games, Miller's games have been:
10 targets 10 receptions 66 yards
13 targets 10 receptions 105 yards
With pressure on the quarterback and good marking of the wide receivers, there's pressure to move the chains and Miller is a prime target.
Scuy go 10/11 over 40.5 receiving yards, too. No good for Fred but may be of interest to others.
Recommend £60 over 4.5 receptions at 17/20 with Shouty Red Man

Thought Fred is limited to £33 or £22 with laddies

We likely are, yes, but I put it up as a number anyway. Maybe they'll feel generous...
