it was going to rompin until with 15 laps to go there was a safety car that bunched the field up, and the bet was dead. unlucky.

Epic battle in the closing Laps of the Indy500.

If they can get to the end without a coming together it'll be a miracle. These guys are stupidly brave.

We were unlucky on both bets I'm afraid.

Alonso had an inevitable engine failure (Honda ..) and JR Hildebrand received a late penalty for jumping a restart. Both drivers were looking good until their respective issues.

Very high variance, yes. That's the reason I don't usually tend to suggest IndyCar bets. The series has now had six different winners in the first six races, and there are 11 points between the top four in the championship.

Not sure on the bookies appetite for laying at all to be honest. Good question ..
