Sussex to beat Yorkshire at the Probiz county ground.

VC £60 at 4/6.

Early in the 1 day season but Sussex are top of the league playing at home at scoring at a high run rate.

live on SS2 from 4.40

Got it! Thanks Jim. Something to listen to on the 5 hour drive south.

£60 @ 4/6 with BetVictor, Sexy Sussex to beat Yorkshire Puds, in the English Bish Bash Bosh

ON

Single Selections
Sussex v Yorkshire
Sussex
(2-Way Outright)
Odds:  4/6
Stake:  60.00
Possible Return:  100.00

Sussex are currently 71/1 off 7 overs chasing 238

Somehow Sussex are currently 1/33 at betfred.

Just got home.

Will get up to date on those bets later - NBA,

Pacers are top price 13/10....not sure about Jeff but that is a bit thin for me now.  As i write you can bet +3 10/11 with Betfred which is value but anything less and i would leave it tbh.

Thoughts on England bowler prices in the second Test Tighty? While this is Broad's 'home' he doesn't play there that much, and Jimmy has a better record....2/1 he's top England bowler look generous? If he is fave here, is the 5/1 with Laddies for the series on Anderson worth a poke? He has 33 wickets at 17 in Trent Bridge Tests, has recorded 3 of his best 4 returns there and his only 10 wicket match. While we're on, Jimmy is 8/1 to win man of the match, if one of these bets wins, all three could cop....banzaiiiii

what's the weather forecast Jeff?

reason for asking....TB is the English test ground where it swings the most, particularly since the tall/imposing new Radcliffe Road Stand was built, it seemed to change the ground characteristics, holding "heavy" air over the pitch longer

If the forecast is for a reasonable amounts of cloud cover then Anderson should be a good thing

If not though, the balance of probability is that the wickets will be taken by "reverse" which is Broad and Bresnan's forte, and worked so well for Broad at Lords

So 2-1 yes, but not if its clear blue skies for 5 days

For the 5-1 series bet he has to overcome a deficit of 8 wickets to Broad at Lords. He might get some back at Trent Bridge, but will go to Edgbaston behind. Edgbaston these days is slow and low, wouldn't benefit either..its Swann and Bresnan country.

Looking for some input here.
Kemar Roach is 9/4 for best WI bowler.
He was best (1st innings) bowler in two of the three tests against Australia - the exception being the 3rd test where Shillingford took 6 wickets on a spinner's paradise in Dominica.
He tied with Gabriel with three wickets at Lords (although Gabriel conceded less runs and was, therefore, best bowler).

Is this worth a punt?
I think I might.

Is Ravi Rampaul playing and fit?

If so he is the main danger

Of those who played the first test Roach was far their most threatening bowler, and would be a good thing

Cricinfo thinks Sammy, Rampaul, Roach and Shillingford will play.

It's hot and fairly humid at Trent Bridge currently. I'll wait for tomorrow's weather.

Presuming it's gonna be sunny all the way, think anderson was v ul not to take more wickets at Lord's....no banzai for the thread but might take a lil interest Smiley

I'm loving the idea that you and Mere have a Betcave, I picture it having a great big pole that you can slide down into your gambling den when there is a bet to get down.
