Are u winning tikay?

At DTD? Crushing. Deadman to my left, Greek Jack to my right, Jamie Moult on sentry duty. Easy.

Focus on fewer bets overall, youre perhaps placing too many.
Stick to football maybe.

Just floating an idea....what about a +1/+2 system?
Each bet suggested needs 1 or 2 people to agree for it to be put on. Obv means you may miss some last minute stuff but sometimes you are quick to put a bet on and the original tip hasn't had any feedback. Also think it makes it easier for others to disagree with bets. Sometimes feels harsh saying "horrible bet mate" but staying silent is much easier.

Agree with this sort of idea.

There are too many occasions were someone has come on and maybe Tikay felt obliged to follow the bet in some way. Loads of times I've seen a bet that is already on and turned to Rich and Jones and asked "why on earth have they backed that?" and they nod in agreement. Far be it from me to suggest I am a betting oracle but I'm sure others have felt the same way.

Just no point pointing it out after the bet is on and don't want to upset the poster who suggest it.

Might I suggest Surrey @ 15/2 with the squirrel to win the domestic T20 tourney.

KP has retired from international limited overs cricket and will thusly be playing in this.

Not necessarily. KP hates playing county cricket, and motivation isn't too high to do so.

You might get the absurd situation where England make him play T20 domestically whilst preventing him palying so internationally, yes, but I would want confirmation

Surrey are one of the strongest One Day County sides, but back them because of that not because of KP imo

Sounds like win/winner to me unless you don't like the price...

Ralph, please, full name required. Surrey Lions.

How much were you suggesting?

I've gone for £40, to win £300, with Blue Square, Surrey Lions. (Sigh @ these childish monikers).

Thanks.

15/2, long-term sweat, counselled by our sage elder, what's not to like?

On a brighter note, some fella I've never heard of scored a three pointer while his team were already 20-odd down for the last score of the game. Out of it somehow...it's what we do

Jeff - do you mean in the Spurs match?

I went with Paddy Power's "money back if last score of game is a 3 pointer" thingie.

If so, we have just "won" £50!

RULING required by MereFundAuditor.

Hiw do we account for this £50? Effectively, I got a £50 return, so shall we just book a £50 return against the original bet? Jeff gets a winner then. Well, a non-loser. And it was part of his back-up plan.

Ruling required please.

Ofc I mean the Spurs match, even I don't give u rubs on my bad advice....only one game a night (at the most) now we're in the Conf Finals. Feels like a win, shall we try again tonight? When I say try again, i mean to lose that £50 Smiley

We might, if you tell me what your fancy is.....

Do you remember that feeling you got on xmas eve when you were a kid? Restless and excited, struggling to sleep, wondering if Santa will bring the present you wanted. Well that's how I feel knowing it's the final of The Voice tomorrow.

It's pretty simple.
£50 wagered. £50 returned.
It's just like a draw in a DNB - e.g. Chelsea in the Champion's League Final.
