Newcastle taking 79 fans tomorrow and our team looks really week. We have a game on Sunday that pardew will 100pc prioritise so will be interesting to see line up. I don't know much about the opponents, but Newcastle will probably field:

        Harper

Tavernier Williamson Taylor santon

Obertan bigimirina Anita marveux

    Shola vuckic

It's still a decent team and all would be stars in the Portuguese league IMO. I'd probably avoid betting for/against in this game. If anything I'd probably bet on the opponents to win most corners, we will be playing narrow and neither Shola nor vuckic run into the channels. Our defence is quite slow tomorrow so will be playing a deeper line and with the probaby noisy home support they will have some more pressure whilst we will try to contain, keep the ball and nick a goal.

I'd we can get a favourable price I'd bet on most corners for them but not touch the result here.

Upto you ofc

In terms of player performance I see Kallis is available to buy at 40 on the spreads as opposed to buying Levi (34), Amla (38) and De Villiers (46).   It awards 1 point per run, 20 per wicket and 10 per catch.

Given that he is opening this seems low to me.  He should accrue some decent runs whichever way the toss goes and throw in his potential wicket taking ability and catching this looks a buy.  I suspect the Zim batsmen may try to just survive Steyn and Morkel and try and have a hit against Kallis which increases wicket taking potential.  I think he fields at slip as well which could help the cause if Steyn is really firing.

I imagine there will be some fixed odds equivilant but don't know where to look.

All this assumes he has got over his digestive issues of course!

I had the Redskins game in my mind too, too many strands in there! Eli Manning will have to do

Ignore that part.

Looks like you can take evens on Kalllis performance being over 40.  I've bought on the spreads, but I recommend a small interest on this at evens for the thread.

Thinking about this game a bit more based on what Tighty wrote........We surmise that Cam Newton will look to pass more than usual but also that Eli Manning without his two "go to" receivers will look to pass less possibly.  I like both Cam Newton over 260.5 yards with Ladbrokes and Eli under 310.50 @ 1.85 with Bwin but what i am really looking for is a matchbet between the two.  Ladbrokes have a straight up match but looking for a bit better than 5/4 on Cam.....

Obviously Bradshaw is out too for the NYG, but his replacement Brown filled in with 71yds on the ground last week

NYG at 13-10 outright looks big, ordinarily would look very big, but minus two recievers, Bradshaw and the Cam matchup against that secondary I thought better of it

Yeah I know.  But if cricinfo is to be believed they bookies may have messed this one up?

"South Africa's batting line-up will be flexible with their top order still undecided except the opening combination of two Wynberg Boys alumini - Jacques Kallis and Richard Levi."

Kallis opening with no rain, would normally be around the 60 mark, not 40?

Green and patchy looking wicket in Hambantota.

Would be very worried if Zim get put in that SA batsmen won't have to score many.......

MOM prices on SA Bowlers?

I'd be docile if the SL and Zim seamers were bowling onto me

Steyn and co a different kettle of biltong.
