Estimate has failed a drugs test. Time to go back and dig out those old betting slips.

just the 34 pages to read Smiley

Anyway thanks for nice messages i have a flyer suggestion

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-1/top-goalscorer

SUGGEST £5 EACH WAY AJAY LEITCH SMITH 200-1 BETEVERYDAY OF THE YEAR (not priced up anywere else)

Had been at Crewe for a long long time racking up over 100 appearances (mainly of the bench) scoring a poorish 18 goals. Still only 25 has moved to Yeovil on a free. Gary Johhnson (chompys mate) has a bit of a history of getting strikers scoring lots from nowhere (see paddy madden and a few others)

I dont pay to much attention to pre season but the fact he now has 5 pre season goals can only be viewed positively and maybe the move from Crewe has given him a bit of a kick.  At 200's dont need many/any positives but there a few here

^ Like this horsey.

The top three in the market, Assombalonga, surly Baldock and Garner, are all possibles to move on in January, if not before. After that it's 16-1 bar and there are plenty towards the top end of the list I couldn't have on my mind at all. For example, neither Nicky Ajose nor Erhun Oztumer should be above Conor Washington among the Poshies. Conor and Britt is our strike-force for the season and there might not be much between them this time.

Think we should start building a League One portfolio.

£5 EW AJ Leitch-Smith, 200-1 Freesiksfive (down to horsey)
£5 EW Jonson Clarke-Harris, 100-1 BMU (down to me)
£10 EW Conor Washington, 40-1 Billies (down to me)

OK horsey & Mr Choppy, thanks.

In case the prices go before Tighty arises from his fitful slumbers, I have placed these (or not...) as follows.

AJ Leitch-Smith, Bet365. Restricted to a comical £0.15 (15p) Each Way, but it still comes to over £30, so we took it. If anyone has any to spare, up to £5 Ew, I'd happily take it. Bet is down to horsey.

Jonson Clarke-Harris. BMU seem to have removed him from the market. Only Scuy & 365 now quote him, 365 go 80/1, & Restricted us to £0.38 (38p) EW, but as it is 80/1, we took it. Again, if someone has a bit spare, we'd take it. Bet is down to Choppy.

The Conor bet is NOT placed, as Willies site is down for scheduled maintenance as at 7am. (EDIT - Site back up, but that Market is not currently available)

For those interested, the current Markets are here.....

2014/15 Football Handicap Markets

We had some fun with these last season, so any decent value here? Premier League Markets not yet available.

Only two firms have priced these up, BMU & Willy, & there are huge disparities between some of the prices.

I just had a look at those handicaps, and Palace get the 2nd highest start with Hills. That suggests they aren't expected to do as well as last season, but they have Tony Pulis for the whole season this year.   I suppose relegation is still a distinct possibility, but if they are 10 points above that, they will be knocking on the top 4 all season.

I think Liverpool look good too.  Their start is a lot better on Hills.  It is a bit lolsamplesize but I am fairly sure that Liverpool did just as well without Saurez as they did with him.  A 14 point pull on Chelsea and 6 vs Arsenal and Man U seems good to me.

Both are Hills, which means you get the 16/1.

They would be my two from the Premiership, and I have backed them both each way.

I am on mobile so can't, but BMU was football specials, then premiership specials.

Hills was football, competitions, premier league, outrights

I couldn't find any spread prices, so have just gone on what looks good to me.

Not on my mobile.  Thought that was a bit of an overreaction to my 25 each way on both.

Confirmed both Markets are still available on Wm Hill MOBILE, & the prices/handicaps remain currently unchanged.

Do we want to get on both, & if so, how much is suggested?

Any love for Theo Robinson at 66-1?  Donny unlucky to go down last year, and he will be the main man there this year after they sold Chris Brown to Blackburn?

Bit surprised Fleetwood aren't rated higher in L1?  Expect them to push on this season in the higher league.  Will leave to Chompy's superior lower league knowledge to guide us.

It is a long way to go and edges are likely small, and you don't want a big forward book, so I wouldn't go crazy.

If we get no objections, 10 or 20 each way on both seems fine to me.
