Sky Sources: Malky Mackay won't be the new Crystal Palace manager. #SSNHQ

I was told Martin Jol yesterday, ignored it as nonsense. fearing the worst (for the stick i gave him)

Good. He can take all our unwanted players.

Apparent stall on Mackay taking over at Palace, with Millen set to take charge against West Ham.

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/crystal-palace-pursuit-malky-mackay-4080135

Makes our bet a lot more interesting if Palace find a win, hopefully. If we had lasted just a few more mins at Arsenal there would be a lot more noise for Millen now, but could still do it.

Mackay was a long time at 1.01 and now is at 1.91

Millen was at 100 this morning, into 11 now.

I backed him with 5 minutes to go in that Arsenal game Cheesy

Ukraine -2 lost anyway.
It ended 3-1.
Think Belarus had 1 shot.

Not sure if its the right sort of thing for TfT but Malky Mackay is 3/1 to be the next Fulham manager. The way we have performed in the first 2 (writing this during the third game) has been mediocre but promising with us dominating posession both games and silly mistakes costing us on both occaisions. However across the 3 games weve played Magath has made 9 changes across the team. He has been qouted to saying that the young team need to gel and be given time. How can a team gel with constant changes? Anyway enough banging on about that. The fans are growing very frustrated at the constant changes, the seemingly tactical ineptness and lack of urgency. Im not saying its going to happen but if Magath goes Malky's price will plummet. Not sure if youd be interested in this or not. Its at BetVictor.

anyone looking for a late night punt could do worse than take the 2.3 (betfair obviously) on querrey on the men's atp tennis tour tonight in his match.  I been told by a very good tennis judge with contacts on the circuit he is well rested and very up for this game tonight and is feeling better than he has for a long time.  he has been reasonably well backed during the day.

Given the stories in the rags tomorrow I don't think MacKay will be getting touched with a bargepole.

Just seen the Daily Mail website, my default line is to ignore anything they ever write but even if only a 10th of what is alleged is true. WOW!

Does anyone else think Rory is a lumpy lay at the prices this week in the golf?  He has spent the weekend in Manchester showing off the trophy at Old Trafford and out on the lash pictured in the early hours of the morning with a bevy of beauties in a Manchester Hotel in the red tops.  He will have to travel back across the pond early this week and surely can't be fully focused after his hot streak and the majors being over for the year.  This is a brutally tough field and his preparation doesn't suggest he should be a 5/1 poke for this event.  Thoughts welcome.

Fwiw I think Tiggy Wiggy is a decent bet at the 2/1 I believe Ladbrokes are going.  Think it will go off a fair bit shorter than that.

I do wonder how much of a part Moody may have had in the Pulis departure to possibly leave the way for his mate to come in. That is pure conjecture though.

None surely ant.  Pulis on £2m a year and kept you up on the bridle last year.  Moody would be on 15% of Pulis' salary and have much less power surely than Pulis with the owner.  I think the problem Pulis had was thinking every chairman was going to support him like Coates did at stoke with funds/signings etc etc.  I also think the Palace owner was getting pissed off a bit with Pulis constantly talking about how good a football club Stoke were.
