X Factor boot camp this weekend and the girls have been whittled down. Friday night for X Factor? Find it very hard to watch now tbh. Basically an hour of Cheryl hamming it up.

Our girl Emily and Kerrianne stood out a mile and a bit surprised to see Emily still at 12-1. Thought Lauren was very average.

Coral's 5/2 up to £20 now.

Why are Nottingham forest odds against at home to brighton?
2.2 in exchange, surely won't go off at that.
They are still unbeaten in the league, and have won three out of four at home. 12 home goals as well, which is the joint highest in the league.
Brighton on the other hand have a poor away record- just one win from four, with three defeats. They are on a fairly poor run at the minute as well, with no win in four, including two draws at home to Charlton and lowly Blackpool. Also lost to Ipswich and Brentford in that spell.

Max bet to lay back or keep? Cheesy

Non-Golf Daily Report

Profit on Month £487.54

Outstanding Bets £4130.26

A loss of £19 yesterday

- £25 on the Ryder Cup as written last night

+£6 on Newmarket racing

Lucida, here in blue, a comfortable winner at 5/4 for a profit of £31

Windshear never landed a blow, possibly a race to far in a long season -£25

The Kansas City Royals won game two in Chicago with a 3-1 win They improved to 88-72 this season and, for the first time in three decades secured a post-season slot

This gives our 18-1 American League Winner bet a shot

Interestingly, nay excitingly, the Detroit Tigers got stuffed 11-4 by the lowly Minnesota Twins. The result of this is with 2 games of a 162 game season to play the Royals are 1 game behind the 1/3 ante-post divisional favourites

If they are tied with identical records tomorrow night, then they play-off in one game to determine the divisional winner

15 year old Emily Middlemass reached the judges houses in X Factor, with a 1 in 2 shot of making the final 12 in a ludicrously contrived game of musical chairs last night.

Emily is still 12/1 whilst in the Winning Manager market Smon is now 5/2 second favourite and we are on at 4-1

Meanwhile, and far more entertainingly, Strictly Come Dancing began last night

Pixie Lott impressed, as she should have done

the Eastenders baddie and the upper class socialite showed potential and the other three are no channers

Our plucky lad dances tonight and has been backed into 7-2 co-favouritism

We are on thanks to our sequins correspondent at 8-1

What a sweat this baseball is!

Lol @ "our sequins correspondent".

Go easy on Posh Lad, today 5pur2 play the mighty all-conquering, free-spending, managed by a genius, trophy-winning, Arsenal. Could get messy on here later.

I have the pleasure of a posh seat at the titanic clash between Brummagem City and The Fulham Jagwarrrs. Pre-prandial drinks, dinner, association football, cuppa, second half and then a race home for 5.30 to avoid blonde for a day or two make some noise.

Then a double bill of chassis, botafogos and weaves.

What a Saturday!

I backed Brighton earlier in the week @ 4.2, which I thought was value.
Not sure I would be that keen either way at current prices.

Forest not that good, but have a very good goalscorer.
Brighton decent, but struggle a bit for goals.

I think this shows how we have previously discussed that any team should never be 1/2 to beat anyone at home in this league or odds on away.  I think given that 5/4 Forest at home in this spot isn't an auto bet kinda backs up how competitive this league is.  FWIW i think Forest are a bet at 5/4 or bigger.

Sure, we have rode our luck a bit, but the thing for me today is the fact we rested just about all of our first choice 11 in the week.  Dependfs how many of Brighton's 1st 11 played in the week.

Good price for Forest today....press IMO.
