Benteke scores...second.
Think we've laid out £35 (tenner, fiver and score?), so that's got us freerolling the villa win.

how is the newcastle protest looking? can't see sky from here
Ground looks about half full (half full; not half empty), but, with the core fans not there, it's quiet.
Lamela appears to support the cause, as he's refusing to play.

Well done Tal and thanks for the nudge.

Adz has just text me a horse for next Saturday in the Sandown Gold Cup.
I think we should have a reasonable e/w bet now on Gallant Oscar for the Bet 365 Gold Cup.
JP McManus has bought the horse, and they keep pulling it out. He has 2 horses entered in the race on Saturday, which is the race McCoy has said will be his last.
The other is Cantlow, but he has been shipped off to JP's stud to be prepared for the Galway Hurdle, so presumably this is a go.
If it runs, there is no way that it starts 12/1.
Obviously there is a chance it may not run, but I cannot see why this isn't the plan.
Bet365 Gold Cup Gallant Oscar (EW) (Horse Racing Outright - Race) Odds: 12/1 Stake: 40.00 Possible Return: 340.00
ap wasnt going to ride gallant oscar in scots grand national as he couldn't make the weight. what are the weights looking like for this one? will it be high enough that ap can take the mount? and cantlow, a 3 mile chaser, being aimed at a competitve 2 mile hurdle?

Adz apologises, as he meant the Plate, not the Hurdle
He said that so many are entered, which ran in both Nationals that the weights could go up a lot.
AP could trim, or even put up a lb or 2 over, as it's his last ride, and he can't see much else he could ride in the race.
Maybe The Package, as he has obvious ties there, but he doubts that will be the case.
He is anticipating a lot of horses dropping out.

haha, i thought i was going crazy, i've followed cantlow off a cliff but even i couldn't punt him in the galway hurdle
i'll wait to see how the weights are looking then get on if ap is on and price has held. could easily be a plot, jp buying gallant oscar then pulling it out of scots national so ap can win at sandown

He has had a few quid of mine as well
That was Adz's initial thought process after going through the race, so hopefully it turns out to be the case.
