I'd be really interested so see the Selby v O Sullivan odds. Surely Selby has got to be favourite for this match and anything else would be just sentiment? Not that I think Ronnie is a bad player, but he just hasn't played at all. Isn't he being priced on popularity and results in previous years rather than where he is today. Or is he just that much better than everyone else that he can just show up and have a good chance to win against the other best players in the game?

Selby 6/4
O'Sullivan 8/13

Pretty hard to see how Selby is 6/4 for this in all honesty.  Must be close to a max bet imo.  If Ronnie wasn't playing an awful Williams today he would have been out the door fairly rapidly this afternoon.  Obviously had spells of looking great at times but totally uninterested at times as well including his interview afterwards.  Unless he turns up and just blows Selby off the table with 4 or 5 80+ breaks it is pretty tough to see how he is going to win this match.

Selby is granite and totally the wrong sort of player for Ronnie to beat trying to fall over the line against short of match practice.

Only Coral 6/4 now. Under on Betfair.

Totally agree with this 100%. 6/4 Selby is one of the best snooker bets I have seen for a while. Total miss-price. Price based on historical form and rep, not current form, as well as public money.

Do we have any free bets on WH to use up?  Might be worth some actual £ anyway, US election.

Sanders is shortening up, getting lots of ringing endorsements on mainstream news etc, recently out-polled Clinton in Iowa. While Clinton outscored him on terrorism and foreign affairs, Sanders crushed on values, truthfulness and honesty/integrity!

BF is pretty thin, but 12/1 on WH is better than BF and so if you have a free bet, would look a pretty good spot to use it with a view to having decent opportunity to lay off shorter later this month if desired.

Can we get on with Coral ?

If not let me know how much Fred wants at 6/4.

Ronnie is priced up as a defensive move because his fans will back him, well supported at venue (especially at the Masters in London) etc?

Selby usually gets under his skin though, slows the game down, they have some history...

this was the max allowed at the last 6/4 shop

Mark Selby Selby v r osullivan Winner
6/4
Total Stake: £66.00
Potential Returns: £165.00

York Hall, as Chompy might say.  I don't pretend to have any in depth understanding of US politics.

Daily Report

Profit yesterday £55.00

Profit on the month £236.97

Outstanding bets £3638.88

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eCEvN9MELsUxB81rHuWrfoX3zwIMPQQ205Lcjm3kbgU/edit#gid=34

Yesterday's profit, the snooker enhanced double that won with Ronnie and Selby winning 6-5 and 6-0 respectively

ongoing positions

Rooney scored twice, making it three games on the trot he has scored for the first time since Sept 2013. We have a Rooney golden boot bet, which is rising like Sleeping beauty after a several month snooze.

Not such good news for our Martial top Man U scorer bet though...Rooney and Martial now have 5 each

Remi Garde gets his first win at Aston Villa manager at the 11th attempt. Whisper it, but they are only 4 points  off Sunderland now. Snderland finishing bottom would be very nice for us

in the Championship we are on QPR for promotion

Jimmy FH has five draws and 3 losses in his first 8 games in charge after last night's draw. QPR have now dropped 16 points after opening the scoring positions this season

Our Charlton spread bet is in desperate trouble..£5 pp over 57.5 even more so after they were stuffed 5-0 at Huddersfield last night.

Our Leeds+3 over Preston match bet sees Preston currently 2 points ahead after they won and Leeds lost late at Ipswich

In league one last night Wigan were 3-0 up on Sheff U, and heading very close to the automatic promotion positions until this charge was blunted by a sharp blade, United came back to draw 3-3 late on

I didn't do the west ham or newcastle bets last night, too many conflicting views for me to find a consensus. Missed a winner

Thanks Rich, good to see these back, & that was a nice snooker bet, though a largely disinterested Ronnie gave us a sweat.

West Ham? Hard to believe that no matter what the results are tonight, they head into the weekend in 5th place, &, on paper at least, have a shot at a Champions League slot. Who'd have thought?

In our Big Bash thing, Heat play tomorrow, but right now, Strikers are playing Hurricanes (don't you just loathe those silly names?), who do we want to win today's match if it affects our bet?

Have you seen the size of the crowds at these Big Bash games? Astonishing. Anyone have the actual attendance stats?

this match doesn't matter for us

if the heat lose tomorrow we scoop*

if they win, we still scoop if the sixers win their last game

* unless the sixers lose their last game so terribly that their NRR falls below the heat

attendances are fantastic, game is marketed superbly to families and kids. great weather helps

our game T20 often played with games shoehorned into the schedule, with a lot of vested interests preventing a coherent marketing plan. and bad weather often doesn't help
