I wouldn't lay anyone 100/1 Ronnie walks out of this match mid game tomorrow tbh given his previous.  Anything can happen in a Ronnie game.  You are getting more than suitable reward for the risk backing him to just sling it in and sit in his chair and sulk.  He doesn't need the money, he doesn't enjoy the game when the game is not easy for him and he has no regard for the history books.

I think the way to go on this for the jackpot is some big correct scores.  6-0 6-1 Selby at huge prices.  Ronnie could easily just chuck this in if the going gets tough.  Unlikely but not as unlikely as the huge prices on offer.

Extreme handicaps might be an option as well.

Cheers for the above. I think I will go for a 6/2 or 6/3 score win for Selby. Really can not see 6/0 or 6/1. Like you say though, it depends which Ronnie turns up and how much resolve he has on his 'comeback'

Betting against wayward geniuses carries a wealth warning.

What we are really punting on here is, as you observe, which Ronnie will turn up. Ronnie at even 50% of his usual ability is a match for most.  Ronnie with his head in a sling is a different matter.

He isn't playing a random, he is playing his number 1 competitor.  He turns up at 50%, he loses 6-0.  I like Arbboy's thinking, but already backed the outright

Most of the bets placed so far seem more like hopeful punts rather than value spots

These type of spots really can't be formatted into a spreadsheet to generate correct scores.  Ronnie is just too swingy a personality.  The extreme scores in these situations are always too big a price because any spreadsheet model can't model for which Ronnie will show up.

He has previous for walking out of games, not turning up and doing all sorts of crazy stuff.  He has pretty much told snooker he doesn't care about the game but he knows he has all the power in the argument because he is the only real crowd puller in the modern game so he turns up whenever he fancies it basically and totally disrespects the profession imo.

Like doobs says he is playing the current world number 1, multiple time Masters champion and former world champion in his absolute prime years.

There is definitely more EV long term betting the extremes than the 6/4 he wins the match imo.  It is just much more swingy.

3rd Test Match tomorrow SA v England

It looks very likely that Quainton De Cock will open, some firms still have him priced up as a lower middle order batsman. Best priced 14's with Laddies.

£20 please.

It's a dog we've backed before on thread and won for us.

8.51 Gleneagle Tina 4/1 b365 is worth taking if anyone can get on there.

limited to a tenner with ladbrokes which i took

http://www.oddschecker.com/cricket/south-africa-v-england/3rd-test/top-south-africa-batsman for anyone looking

5-1 bet365, probably 6 or 7/1 the right price

SA have left out their spinner and indicated playing Duminy, dropping Van Zyl and moving QdK up

Those two tonight plus a little play on Swift Whirlwind in the final (9.08) @ 11/2 with Ladbrokes.

That's all for me.

Don't get it.

Rinse repeat story of the last 10 years.  Scousers  in being gambled in incredible spots and going off way too short shocker.
