Gonna recommend one that may get punted later.

Cantlow used to be a pretty useful handicapper that never quite achieved what he promised, but reached a mark of 151.

He completely lost his way with Paul Webber, and has now moved to the Horse Whisperer, Enda Bolger.

AT first sight, he appeared to have rekindled his enthusiasm, as he ran a cracking first race over the X Country stuff at Punchestown, back in January.

Its a big step up to this race, but in his pomp, he would happily have mixed it with these boys, and I suspect he has only progressed since his first effort.

with the Green and Gold colours likely to be in good spirits after More Of That wins, This could be punted, as I have heard plenty of quiet whispers for him as the preview evenings have gone on.

Suggest a little interest of £15 ew at 20-1 with Coral or Hils  4.10 Chelts

Toto Wolff says he's going to let Lewis and Nico bicker like children all season. What's your take on this?

- He can't control them?
- He thinks it's good for their competitive natures?
- He knows they're so far ahead that, provided they turn up two weekends a month and manage 70 laps, they will ensure Mercedes win the constructors', so this is the best way of getting airtime for the sponsors?

The top and bottom one, yes! Despite what you will hear everyone proclaim, the majority of the paddock are aware that Mercedes already have the 2016 titles in the bag, unless we get a string of unusual races. It's widely rumoured in the paddock that this will be Lewis' last year at Mercedes, regardless of the championship outcome. I'm sure Lewis himself is aware of these rumours, and telling him to follow team orders, in this situation, will not go down too well, and will fall on deaf ears.

Wouldn't agree with the middle one though, there is such a thing as being too competitive with your team mate in F1, as we saw most recently at Red Bull between Vettel & Webber. They were both pushing too hard, and it resulted in the team losing points. It's an extremely fine line.

It's worth noting that in spite of what Toto says in the media, when it comes down to it, while feeling pressure from the Mercedes board, he might well change his decision.

In both cases, the bookie has not learned from last season. Suggest £50 on both.

Drivers Championship without Mercedes - Raikkonen @ 8/1 with Pad e-power.

An interesting market that no-one else has odds for. Ferrari are pretty much nailed on as the second fastest team this season. I expect Vettel to be quicker than Raikkonen, but the new push-rod suspension for 2016 will suit Raikkonen considerably more than last season's car. In fact, it should benefit Sebastian too as they both have a similar driving style, but I expect it to suit Kimi to a greater extent, thus closing the gap between the two. For this bet to win, Vettel needs to get unlucky reliability wise, but I do feel 8/1 on Raikkonen is just too high. Suggest £25.

I'll post specific Australian GP weekend bets tomorrow.
