Doubt you'll get 8 places. Agree with Chomps, back those six ew and you'll end up in profit. As so many of the top players are in great form, and the second tier are mainly out of former, there's only about 20 guys who can win and I very much doubt we get anyone at 100/1 makes the frame.

lol you've been told by two people who know on this thread this afternoon you are getting 8 places at somewhere with a bright yellow ball on a blue blackground with some clouds next week!

very happy if you put some recommendations up next week for us Ollie. thanks

Well I certainly think 7 will be available in a few spots, and 8 would not surprise me.

The Masters book isn't great atm, best price was 120% when I looked last night and that is with most at 5 places.  So unless there's a front running opportunity with someone shooting the lights out in Houston, no need to get stuck in early.

If anyone goes 8 they will just knock 10% off every win price to 'pay' for the extra price so you are not getting any extra ev and/or max £20 bet per customer across all markets.  I could go 20 places if i went 2/1 every runner on the win market.
Sounds really sexy offering extra places but they just take it back via the back door like the George does with tax cuts in the budget.  No one will price up the event seriously and have a serious competitive win book and offer more than 6 places.

Paddy 7 places.  Virtually bottom price every golfer in the top 15 in the betting.

betarb.com 20 places 2/1 every golfer.  Let me know if you want 20 places.  Who you want to back ew.  Mythical offer for illustration purposes only.  The front 3 are probably slight value at 2/1 ew 20 places.  But you get my point.

So I presume you are saying the top six, as per the betting are

Rory
Jordan
Jason
Bubba
Ricky
Adam?

Yep. The ones sub 100/1 that I'd fade personally - for various reasons - are Stenson, Reed, Garcia, Zach Johnson, Kuchar, Koepka, Walker. That leaves 17. Could probably back all of them ew profitably.

Hills went 8 places last year or the year before.

They didnt duck them to much and was max £50 per customer. No excuse not to get to a few shops if the terms are good

I thought joke oral were starting a new policy of laying reasonable bets.

Just tried for a tenner EW five places on a 200+shot in The Masters and got halved.

Should I be grateful?

With Dustbin(22) and Ricki(18) both in the Top Ten in Houston, is now a good time to step in for these two? Jordy is too, but I can't see his price crashing, but the other two might.

I wouldn't expect either to shorten up too much. Maybe if Dustin won going away but they might come in a couple of points at most.

Will throw this one up too for followers as think its a big price. Showed pace on first look round here needs to be closer to rails but if he leads the inside hes a big chance..

802 Rom T3 10/1 (check exchange as likely go off bigger)

He really was close to going round; certainly a short price imo if he cut the red there - one to watch if nearer rails still. Not young but a dog with early like he has going off at big prices round Romford are certainly worth watching.

Romford tonight a quick early selection

818 T3 - Alice my Angel - 11/2 BFSB if you can get on. I thought this was nearer a 7/2 shot and b365 trader agrees with me, suggest £20. In good form at Towcester and has a chance to lead the inside over 6 bends tonight.

Opened 7/2 on track into 9/4 currently.....

Absolutely vomit 11/2--->9/4 went 6L clear and lost by a flared nostril on the line - only step it was behind in the race. Sickener.

Anyone on here unfamiliar with the term "chutspa" pronounced hootspa?

Just asking for a friend who was surprised at a couple of worldly-wise early middle-aged blokes not having ever heard of the word.
