By most peoples admission on here, this is our best chance for years to win the title.
Without the usual sniping etc, Arsenal fans on here only please, if we can't win the title this year, with so much in our favour, should the 66 year old manager keep his job next season?
Of course he should imo. It hasn't exactly been smooth sailing for us this season either with the amount of players we've had out injured and i mean i can't really identify much of what Arsene has done wrong this season. If it doesn't work out who/what would someone else do better?
Arsenal have had a lack of success over the past decade or so, fine. I appreciate that. But we were encumbered with financial restrictions due to the stadium and it's incredibly difficult to compete with the money City and Chelsea have anyway. Despite of that he's still managed to keep us in Europe every season and guided us into a position where we can now finally be a financial powerhouse relative to the other big hitters in the league. He has shown quite emphatically in the past he is perfectly capable of guiding a strong squad to numerous titles and success. It would be insane for us to get rid of him now.

Rosicky injured again. I thought it was a joke when I first read that. Wtf is going on behind the scenes?!
Tomas is 35 now and has had persistent problems, he missed over 18 months once.
A little more on this:

All good stuff muck. Up to 3/4 years ago I felt the same, I hoped he would be there forever. However, then we entered the period of managerial chaos and I thought having "prepared" so well, we would be entering an era of plenty.
I thought Wenger would step up and we would have a few years where we took advantage of the constant changes at City/United/Pool and Chelsea, but it just hasn't happened.
We have been through periods where we blame players/injuries/lack of transfers but this year it is all being laid out on a silver platter for us. Chelsea started so woefully, Man U cant put a run together. Liverpool, well, its always their season...next year. Even with the news of City officially dumping Pelligrini mid season, being another gift, I don't see how AW can think this would be a successful season if we don't win.
We are just too big and too resourceful to not capitalise, and if we don't surely it is time to hand over to someone to try something different.

its peak rant time
Piers Morgan @piersmorgan 6s7 seconds ago
We were top & Wenger had £200m to spend on world class players to win us the League.
He spent £7m on a little-known lightweight Egyptian.

Snide dig time again.
Why not just stop being a sniper and answer some of the questions Ralph. I was hoping you would contribute in the spirit of not just moaning.
I firmly believe you have become so entrenched in defending your position that you will never see the wood for the trees. But then again I'm sure you see yourself as the only true fan on the thread, so no one else's opinion counts.

No George, Adz is correct in a way although he does seem to take everything I say in a very personal manner. I'm not sure what is snide about it though.
My remark was aimed at him and all of the others like him for the constant trolling after every sub-optimal result, and the lack of any positive comment after any good performances.
On the plus side we only have another eight more negative comments to put up with in this cycle.

Is everyone serious? Do we have this conversation if Forster had missed just one of those saves he made?
