If he has been arrested for non payment of a fine and unless he or his family pay it he will be offline for a few days as he will be for one of the finest HMP's until the debt is cleared!
Hopefully someone can control the account for him as i think he could make money as long as he was monitored.

I'll give you all one thing to think on. If this was some ingenious scam, why is it I asked Dubai or The Camel if they'd be willing to deposit the funds online? If they deposit, they also withdraw. Not the best idea if you were planning on scamming someone.
It was only once neither seemed too fussed that I went ahead with it.
Luke/Mark: Interesting way to go about things. Don't worry, you'll get your money tomorrow. You can then use it to blow up your noses as you wish. Whilst we're on a path of truth telling, I'd suggest you both make sure all those people you've wronged in your life are told of your misdemeanors - that way it saves me doing it.
