On a board reading  I arrive at the table to see Ben Dobson lead for 1,500 into about 3,000 from the blinds

Phillip Hepburn the recent DTD £250 Six Max winner makes it 5,000 from a 17,000 stack

Anon on the button now shoves for 15,000 total

Hepburn goes into the tank

Dobson writes on my notepad

"Raiser has 99, shover has QQ"

Hepburn tanks some more and eventually calls for almost all his stack with 9-9

Anon rises, tables Q-8

The table tells Hepburn that Anon has about the only hand Hepburn can be beating here

Hepburn smiles, agrees, and rakes in the pot

New chipleader as we have our 1st player on over 100k.
Slade to 650, Kevin Allen to 2,650, call from Slade.
Flop -  .
Slade checks, Allen bets 2,900, Slade to 7,500, call from Allen.
Turn -  .
Slade bets 15k, Allen calls.
River -  .
Slade jams for 35k, making this a 110k pot if Allen calls.
Allen does indeed call with  which is good, eliminating Slade.

Kevin Allen stacks them up after that pot
